Why does the SOCKS proxy auto enable - Highly likely you have some malware on your Apple computer that is trying to hijack your search results and capture any network data transmitted.
Each time you reboot Mac OS is launching
a daemon that replaces these Proxy settings, they will need removing after terminating the process that is using those files
